Late pick up policy for our chess clubs: Dear parents, since our teachers often need to leave a chess club right away, please pick your student up promptly on time. It would be very very helpful to us. As a solution to a late pick up problem, we need to implement the late pick up policy. The fees for a late pick up are $15 for each 15 minutes being late. (For instance if a class is over at 2:45 and a student is picked up at 3:05 – the fee is $30).  As a favor our teachers might wait for up to 5 minutes after a chess club is over, but the late fee will be implemented for any longer waiting time period. Thank you for your understanding and help in this matter.

Late registration fee policy: It is just for students who attend our class without submitting registration and payment on time.
